Every Towel You'll Ever Need When I do anything in life, I always want to use the best tools available to do the job. In detailing, this is especially important. Often overlooked, towels are the most important tool in a detailer's arsenal. So, after trying hundreds of different towels from a variety of brands, I've determined that these towels from the Rag Company are the best. I am super fortunate to be given access that very few get. When this first started, I was able to spend time at The Rag Company headquarters geeking out about towels and their construction. This allowed me to learn more about them and then apply that knowledge in my own testing. Now, I can determine what towels should be used for what purpose. I've also been testing some new designs and potential updates to my current lineup.  This is the culmination of many years of trial and error. As I'm sure you know, microfiber towels aren't cheap. I'd be ashamed if I actually added up how much I have spent to get to this point. One of my first ideas to pursue with Obsessed Garage was a microfiber package of some sort. I know I can save a lot of people time, energy, and money by giving you access to buy exactly what I'm using on my cars.   Microfiber Care Instructions Always wash new microfiber towels before first use. Wash only with other non-linting materials (no cotton) to maintain proper dirt-gripping properties. Always wash newer black, orange, red, and other dark-colored towels separately from lighter colored towels to mitigate the risk of dye bleeding. Machine wash with P&S Rags To Riches (free of dyes, fragrances, bleach, and softeners). Do NOT use chlorine bleach. Do NOT use any fabric softener as this clogs the microfibers and reduces performance. Tumble dry using low heat. Do NOT iron.
