“This is a mid-level position that we’re calling Garage Design Coordinator and the purpose is to come in to support the growth and vision of OG Design through project management, invoice building, and communication with clients. While I am handling all the initial calls with every client, I have my designers collaborating with me and building out all of the actual designs. Realistically we’re working on anywhere from 200-300 projects per year, and there is a ton of behind-the-scenes project management and tasks to make sure we stay on top of what needs to happen next for each client. Communication and sharing information with our clients is important throughout the process, and at the end of the design putting together accurate invoices is key. This position is setup to handle all of the stuff on the backend that needs to be handled in order to keep this machine moving.

The Product Support Team is dedicated to providing top-level support to our customers for all the products we offer. We are currently seeking an entry-level Product Support Specialist to join the expanding team under the leadership of the Product Support Director.

This role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for problem-solving and working closely with customers to determine the best detailing or pressure washer setup to meet their needs.

Key responsibilities include troubleshooting, assisting customers with questions, resolving issues related to setup problems, product defects, order concerns, and providing consultation. This role requires a high-energy environment, intense focus, problem-solving skills, time management, and excellent written communication abilities.

As with most roles at Obsessed Garage, the Product Support Specialist will need to collaborate with various departments on specific projects. Local applicants are preferred, and the candidate must be willing to relocate within 45 minutes of Lady Lake, FL, as remote work or work-from-home options will not be considered for the time being.

• Pressure Washers - Setup and Troubleshooting

• Resolving order issues
• Communicating with Suppliers

• Working with the warehouse team to facilitate changes and updates to orders and products
