Return & Exchange Policy
We accept unopened and unused product returns within 30 days of purchase. Please attach any relevant information such as your order invoice or email conversations to help process your return as fast as possible. We don't charge a restocking fee, but we do not pay for shipping for you to make a return, nor do we refund your shipping charge on the original purchase.
We do not offer exchanges or trades. If you ordered the wrong part and need to get something else, send it back under the above directions, and we will refund you when it arrives. You can place a new order for the correct part whenever you're ready, before or after you receive your refund.

Package Never Arrived or is Late
Click the link above If your order was shipped out but never arrived or the tracking was halted, let us know and we’ll look into it. Usually we have to file a claim with the shipping company to make sure they can’t locate the shipment before we just ship again.
Package is Damaged or Wrong
Click the link above If your order arrived damaged, or the wrong items were sent, or there is some other issue with the shipment, let us know and we’ll make it right. If you are international, we may only be able to offer a refund for damaged items rather than replacement.

We do our best to get orders fulfilled as quickly and accurately as possible. Typically, that means sending out your order within 1-2 business days of it being placed. The estimates on actual transit time are provided by UPS or USPS and are pretty reliable for the most part. For drop shipped items like Kranzle, FIAC, Swisstrax, etc. you can expect your order to ship typically within 2-4 business days. For freight shipped items like cabinets and lifts, you can expect anywhere between 2-4 weeks, but sometimes longer.
Keep in mind the transit time that takes place once your order leaves our facility. When our order volume is especially high, it may take more than 1-2 business days to fulfill your order. But believe me - we want to get you your stuff as soon as possible!

There's is a good chance we're waiting on stock to come in from a piece in your order. Sometimes manufactures like COX Reels can be difficult to get stock from. Please view our Out Of Stock page for info on items we're waiting on.
Yes we do! We currently ship all over the world. There are some products that either cannot be shipped via air due to safety issues, some that are region restricted, and some that just can't feasibly be shipped overseas (like cabinets). To view the website to properly see exchange rates, duties expense, payment options, and shipping rates, please click on the circle flag symbol on the bottom right of the web page and select your country.
Currently, the only shipping options available for domestic or international orders are the options shown in checkout that correspond to the address you enter. If it is not a listed option, we can't do it.
