A few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased online from our website:
- We will not accept freight collection returns or unauthorized returns; we will return these to you at your expense.
- We only accept unopened and unused product returns within 30 days of receipt.
- We cannot accept returns on items marked "Clearance, Discontinued, or Open Box."
- We can only accept items if they have never been used or are in their original packaging. If the product has been used and/or not in the original packaging, we will deny the return and ship the items back at your expense. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Please ensure all items being returned include all original accessories (high-pressure sprayers, pump bottle sprayers, fittings, charging cables, batteries, documents, etc.).
- We do not pay for return shipping or refund shipping charges on the original purchase. We also do not charge a restocking fee on most items shipped from OGHQ.*
- Refunds and or Cancelations over $3,000 will incur a fee of 3% to cover the transaction.
- Once the return is received, we will inspect the items in the package. Upon RMA approval, we will refund through the original payment method used to place the order.
We do not accept exchanges or trades. If you ordered the wrong part and need to get something else, send it back under the below directions. You can place a new order for the correct part whenever you're ready, before or after you receive your refund.
How do I set up a Return?
To set up a return, please Submit a Request to notify us that you want to process a return. You must provide the following:
1. Your order number
2. List of items you want to return
3. Pictures of each item you want to return
After you have contacted us and we review your return request, we will assign you an RMA Number. You have 30 days from the time we provide you the RMA number to ship the package back to us and provide us with the tracking number.

Please get in touch with our Support Team to issue an RMA before sending anything back to us, or we will refuse your return.
If an item you want to return did not come from OGHQ but was drop shipped from one of our suppliers, you will need to Submit a Request, and we can get an RMA set up for you to return the product to the supplier.
* Below are items that have a restocking fee imposed by their manufacturers:
- Home Audio -15% restocking fee.
- VYPER- 10% restocking fee.
- Custom COXREELS - 20% restocking fee + $5.00 repacking fee.
- Swisstrax- 25% restocking fee when issuing a return after 30 days.
- Custom Stainless Shelves - 35% restocking fee
