How do I start a Return?

To set up a return, please Submit a Request to notify us that you want to process a return and select ( Returns ) from the drop-down menu:

You MUST provide the following:

 Your order number

 List of items you want to return

 Pictures of each item you want to return


Once you have contacted us and we have reviewed your return request, we will assign you an RMA number. You will then have 30 days from the time we provide you with the RMA number to ship the package back to us and provide us with the tracking number.


Where do I send back my returns?

Please get in touch with our Support Team to issue an RMA before sending anything back to us, or we will refuse your return. Please ensure that your items are packaged securely, as we cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur during transport due to improper packaging.

How long will I need to wait for my return to process?

Once the items are returned to us, we will process them within 24-48 hours. It may take an additional 24-48 hours for the funds to be posted back to your bank account, depending on your financial institution.


What if my item didn't come from an Obsessed Garage location?

If you need to return an item that was not directly shipped from OGHQ but instead was drop-shipped from one of our suppliers, you will be required to Submit a Request. Once we receive your request, we will set up an RMA to facilitate the return of the product to the supplier.



Terms and Conditions

Here are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased from our online store:

  • We DO NOT cover the cost of return shipping or refund shipping fees for the original purchase.
  • We DO NOT accept unauthorized RMAs; we will discard packages that do not have an RMA #.
  • We DO NOT accept returns on items marked "ClearanceDiscontinued, or Open Box."
  • We only accept products within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • We only accept returns for items that have never been used, are in their original packaging, and include all the original items.
  • Refunds and order cancellations exceeding $3,000 are subject to a 3% card transaction fee.
  • Upon receipt of the RMA, we will inspect the items and issue a refund through the original payment method upon RMA approval.
  • If you would like to exchange it for another item, the item will need to go through the refund process, and if you require something else, please submit a new order.
