Returns

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased online from Obsessed Garage:

  • We accept unopened and unused product returns within 30 days of purchase.

  • We cannot accept items if they have been used or are not in their original packaging. If the product has been used and/or the original packaging is not in new condition, we cannot resell it.

  • Please ensure all items you are returning include all original accessories (high-pressure sprayers, pump bottle sprayers, fittings, charging cables, batteries, documents, etc.).
  • We do not pay for shipping for you to make a return, but we do not charge a restocking fee. Also, we do not refund shipping charges on the original purchase.

  • Once the return is received we will inspect the items in the package. Upon approval, we will refund through the original payment method that was used to place the order.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges or trades. If you ordered the wrong part and need to get something else, send it back under the below directions. You can place a new order for the correct part whenever you're ready, before or after you receive your refund.

 

How do I set up a Return?

To set up a return, please Submit a Request to notify us that you are wanting to process a return. You must provide the following:

1. Your order number
2. List of items you are wanting to return
3. Pictures of each item you are wanting to return

After you have contacted us and we review your return request, we will assign you an RMA Number. Please clearly write the RMA Number on the outside of the box as well as reference it on the shipping label.

Dropshipped Items

If an item you are wanting to return did not come from OGHQ, but was dropshipped from one of our suppliers (Kranzle, Swisstrax, AR, Sonic, CR Spotless), you will need to Submit a Request and we can get an RMA set up for you to return the product to the supplier.
