This is the hardware you'll need to mount your AR630-TSS to the stainless steel shelf we sell (or a metal shelf of your own). This comes with 4 anti-vibration bumpers that help isolate the shelf from the vibrations of the AR630-TSS, reducing noise.

The kit will come with four mounts that comprise three pieces for a total of 12 pieces.

To use the hardware kit, you'll need to drill some holes into the shelf. Here's how I recommend you do it:

You will want to place the AR630-TSS on the shelf where you want it to be secured. I recommend first placing some painter's tape down where the feet go so you don't scratch up the shelf. You'll need to remove the small rubber pads on the feet to allow you to mark the holes with a sharpie.

After the holes are marked, remove the AR, and drill the holes in the shelf using a 5/16" drill bit. I recommend using a new drill bit with some cutting fluid.

Now that the holes are drilled, you can secure the machine to the shelf. Take the feet off of the AR using a 5mm Allen wrench. Put the 5mm pan head hex bolts through the holes in the feet where the rubber pads were. Thread the anti-vibration dampeners to the bolts. Next, reinstall the feet on the AR.

The male threads on the anti-vibration dampers should now be attached to the AR and should be facing toward the ground; this makes it easier to mount the AR to the shelf. Align the threads on the anti-vibration dampeners with the holes in the shelf and place the pressure washer on the shelf.

The last step is to tighten it down with the 13mm / 1/2" Flange Nuts. Note there may be some residual rubber in the threads from manufacturing.

You'll notice an immediate and significant reduction in vibration and noise; if you're planning on mounting your AR, you need this kit.

Installation Instructions

Mark your Placement:
Place the AR630-TSS on the shelf where you intend to mount it. To protect the surface, apply painter’s tape where the feet will sit. Remove the small rubber pads from the feet of the machine. Use a Sharpie to mark the center of each hole location on the tape.

Drill the Mounting Holes:
Remove the AR630-TSS from the shelf. Using a 5/16" drill bit, carefully drill holes at each marked spot. For best results, use a new drill bit with cutting fluid to ensure clean, precise holes.

Prepare the Machine for Mounting:
Use a 5mm Allen wrench to remove the feet from the AR630-TSS. Insert the 5mm pan head hex bolts through the holes in the feet (where the rubber pads were located). Thread the anti-vibration dampers onto the bolts from the opposite side of each foot. Reattach the feet to the AR630-TSS.

Mount the AR630-TSS to the Shelf:
With the anti-vibration dampers now secured to the feet, align their male threads with the drilled holes in the shelf. Carefully lower the AR630-TSS into place, guiding the threads through the holes.

Secure with Flange Nuts:
From underneath the shelf, thread a 13mm / 1/2" flange nut onto each anti-vibration damper. Tighten securely. Be aware that some residual rubber from manufacturing may be present in the threads; this is normal.

Final Note:
Once installed, you’ll notice a substantial improvement in vibration and noise reduction. If you’re planning to permanently mount your AR630-TSS, this mounting kit is highly recommended.
