The polishing Package includes everything I use to polish a car, and it's a lot. Turning this Package into reality has taken hundreds of hours and tens of thousands of dollars vetting and testing different products. Believe it or not, it this Package used to be much bigger than it is now, we boil it down to make it more digestible.

As you browse these products, you'll discover I'm not loyal to any single brand; no one brand has the best of everything and in this Package, it's clear to see. I have meticulously selected products that deliver consistent results across the board. Below is a breakdown of each category. 

Polishers and Accessories:

The three polishers included arent the only ones I own but there the one that get the most use by far. They all have a certain quality or feel to them that just ranks them above the competition. And honestly of the, the Mirka 3" is the real rock start for me. Its so smooth quiet It will change your polishing life. The Liquid Elements A4500 

This package will not come with the Rupes 1" polisher

Polishing Pads and Compounds:

Complementing the polishers are my favorite pads from RUPES; I love using them for their quality and effectiveness, and I'm also a sucker for great packaging. From wool and microfiber pads for cutting and compounding to foam pads for polishing and finishing, each pad is designed to deliver the quality results I want. I rely on my tried and true combination of Fast Correcting Cream and Sonax Perfect Finish for compound and polish applications, paired with appropriate pads for each stage. My sledgehammer approach for heavier defect removal, Sonax Cutmax and D-A Coarse Compound make it a nice combo but something I use only if I need to.

Surface Prep and Wiping:

For panel wipes I rely on CARPRO Eraser and Gtechniq Panel Wipe. They remove oils and residues to provide a clean surface for the tape to adhere to and prepare the panels for the polishing stage and anywhere in between. In cases where heavy cutting compounds are required, I use Gtechniq Panel Wipe in between passes to remove the polish and inspect my results with my light. Watch out for this stuff, though - it's pretty aggressive and doesn't play well with bare plastics or PPF-covered surfaces. If you opted for the Microfiber towels, I have included 20 high-pile towels and 20 low-pile towels, which is a good amount to have if you are working on bigger vehicles or considering using a new towel in each section for easier, worry-free wiping.

Masking Tape:

I like having the 3M stuff in my drawer; it's so good - easy to tear, low-tack without leaving residue, and contours well around trim and emblems. You will need to protect areas of the vehicle from accidental abrasions by masking over sensitive areas of your car, like plastics and rubber trim. Don't go to Home Depot and grab the cheapest painter's tape you can find. Seriously - don't do it.
