This part isn't as complicated as it may seem.  It is the female thread plug that fits anything low pressure (garden hose) related. 

These are chrome plated plugs, not stainless. These plugs are made to be used with the matching Prevost Chrome Plated Coupler. This plug works with the valved and non-valved version of the coupler.

This Quick Disconnect Plug can be used for the following:

• Inlet of 6.5' Inlet Hose
• Inlet of Kranzle Pressure Washer
• Inlet and Outlet of Braided Hose that comes with CR Spotless Deionizer
