This is a really interesting product made by P&S and endorsed by detailer Renny Doyle. You know me. I'm always honest. I never gave any of the P&S products a fair shake. I don't know why, but it just didn't appeal to me. Clearly that was a mistake.
Levi and the guys from The Rag Company lit up when they asked if I'd ever tried this product and said, "No." There is something special about this stuff. It provides a slickness and depth to pretty much any base protectant. It works with polymer sealants, carnauba waxes, and all types of coatings. That really appeals to me since I am always trying different coatings and waxes on my vehicles.
Here are some things I think matter.
Use of this product can be counter intuitive to what we have been taught. It depends on what you have on the paint already, but you will need to spray a lot more than you are used to doing. I've found on waxed cars (like 845), I really soak the surface with the product. On most coated cars, I tend spritz the surface and spray more on the towel. This is much more time consuming than other drying aids like CarPro ECH20 or Kenotec Showroom Shine, but I think the results and protection you get are worth the effort.
You can use this on a wet or dry surface. The way I use it is the following.
The look of this product is like nothing else I've ever used. It does take some extra effort, but I think you'll like it. I use on paint, door jambs, and sometimes windows if my coating has worn out and I don't have time to reapply. I would highly suggest you buy a gallon. You will use a lot of this.
