Extractor Chemical & Maintenance Kit for Mytee Extractors
Extractor Chemical & Maintenance Kit, Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning Bundle for Mytee Extractors
The Extractor Chemical & Maintenance Kit is a carpet and upholstery extractor cleaning kit that gives you three P&S cleaning chemicals, a Mytee descaler, Pressol sprayers, a bottle label, and 10 interior icrofiber towels. It pairs with the Mytee 8070 Lite Heated Upholstery Extractor and the Mytee S-300H Tempo Heated Spot Extractor.
You get the stain remover, the cleaner, and the odor treatment for a full interior job. You also get the descaler to keep your extractor's tanks, lines, and heater free of scale after the job.
How the Three P&S Chemicals Work Together
P&S designed these three products to run as a three-step interior system. Use them in this order.
- Step 1, Terminator: It is ready to use, so you do not dilute it. Apply it to the stain first, then treat the whole area. Let it work for about 3 minutes and agitate with a carpet brush. Then vacuum.
- Step 2, Carpet Bomber: Mix 5 to 8 parts water with 1 part Carpet Bomber. Lightly mist the area and let it work for at least 3 minutes. Scrub with a steamer or carpet brush, then vacuum or extract with your Mytee extractor.
- Step 3, Finisher: It is ready to use. Lightly mist the cleaned surface and do not saturate it. Let it air dry. You do not need to agitate or extract.
One gallon of Carpet Bomber concentrate makes about 6 to 9 gallons of ready-to-use solution at those ratios.
How to Descale Your Mytee Extractor
Mytee recommends running the System Maintainer weekly. One quart is one full treatment.
- Mix 1 quart of System Maintainer with 1 quart of warm water in a separate container.
- Pour the mix into the solution tank and remove the jets from your tool.
- Turn the pump on first and run the solution until you get a steady stream. Turn the heater on after the pump.
- Let the solution sit for about 5 minutes.
- Run the rest of the solution through the machine, then flush with clean water.
Compatible Mytee Extractors
What This Kit Is Not For
- It does not replace an extractor. You need a Mytee machine or another extractor to pull the solution back out.
- Do not fill the Pressol sprayer with strong solvents or high-pH chemicals. They can damage the seals or yellow the bottle.
