Black Detail Guardz Dirt Lock Bucket Insert 2.0

The Detail Guardz Dirt Lock Bucket Insert is one of the few bucket inserts I’ve found that actually does something. Its tapered fin design helps trap dirt and debris at the bottom of the bucket so it’s less likely to get mixed back into your wash water.

Most bucket inserts just act like a grate and let contamination move right through. The Dirt Lock does a much better job of keeping that junk settled at the bottom, which helps reduce the chance of swirls and marring during the wash process.

It fits most 3.5 to 7-gallon buckets. In our 6-gallon buckets, it fits nicely near the bottom. Just remove the rubber pads before installing, since those are meant for slightly larger buckets.
