AR Blue Clean AR635 Pressure Washer
AR Blue Clean AR635 Pressure Washer
If you want top-tier performance but don't need to feed your pressure washer scorching 180 degree hot water, the standard AR Blue Clean AR635 is the ultimate solution. It takes everything we loved about the iconic AR630 and injects a massive jump in water flow.
Listen, if you're reading this, you know car detailing is completely about water volume (GPM) for fast rinsing and thick foam. The generic manufacturer marketing brochures love to claim a fake 1600 or 2000 PSI to trick you, but they choke the flow to get there. The AR635 is designed the right way, maximizing flow while keeping working pressure in a safe zone for vehicle paint.
The Real-World Specs
We brought this unit into the shop and put it through its paces. THIS IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: THIS MACHINE REQUIRES A DEDICATED 20-AMP CIRCUIT. It draws serious power and will instantly trip a standard 15-amp breaker.
-
Tested Working Flow: 3.0 to 3.1 GPM (Massive volume for a 120V electric machine)
-
Tested Working Pressure: 1000 PSI
-
Max Rated Overhead: 1250 PSI / 3.2 GPM
-
Power Requirement: 120V 60Hz 20A (Includes a heavy-duty 35-foot 12AWG GFCI cord)
-
Hardware: Italian-made, forged brass pump head with an adjustable pressure knob and a switchable Total Stop System (TSS)
Setup & Configuration
Because this pump pushes an elite level of water volume, you cannot use generic accessories or you will choke the machine. You need to configure your ecosystem properly:
-
Nozzle Selection: We recommend running a 7.5 orifice size nozzle to maximize the 3.1 GPM flow safely.
-
Foam Cannon Orifice: You must swap your foam cannon to a 1.7mm orifice. Trying to use a standard 1.1mm or 1.25mm orifice will over-pressurize the pump, spike your amp draw, and trip your electrical breakers.
This machine is a heavy-duty, commercial-grade workhorse that costs significantly less than a Kränzle while offering even better flow metrics. If you have the 20-amp power infrastructure to support it, this is how you get your garage completely dialed-in.
