I've been using the Microfiber Madness wash pads for years now. They work fantastic and hold just the right amount of water. I really liked the idea of the gentler DeliMitt that was released earlier this year, but I never really liked the mitt form factor - I always gravitate to the pad. So I was able to convince Microfiber Madness to make a pad version for us. So now we have it - the DeliPad.

To give some context to the name, it's a play on words combining delicate and mitt or pad since this pad is designed to be extra delicate.

The DeliPad is designed specifically for soft paint or if you want to be extra careful on delicate finishes. In most instances, you'll still want to use the Incredipad XL, but think of the DeliPad as an addition to rather than a replacement of, especially if you have multiple vehicles with both hard and soft paints.

This German-made pad is softer than the Incredimitt and Incredipad with a different blend of fibers. The soft synthetic fibers are made to remove dirt particles from your paintwork. The DeliPad is a little smaller than the Incredipad to keep the weight down when dunked into the bucket. It is built with premium-quality inner lining for durability.  

The DeliPad still has a sponge material built between the liner and microfiber, like the IncrediPad/Mitt, but it feels slightly stiffer. This is a function of the different fiber used in this pad. The DeliPad will absorb just the right amount of water from your bucket and you to release your car wash soap or rinseless wash equally during the contact phase.
