We finally have replacement parts for Pressol sprayers available. This is a redesigned replacement tip found on the Pressol Industrial Sprayer. You'd order this piece to replace your broken or failing tips. These are the newly designed Pressol tips and they have a slightly different inside chamfer. They twist easier and will atomize a lot better and earlier when paired with the new v1.1+ sprayer.
