You know when you get a new set of tires and there are all those little stringy nibs poking out from the sidewalls? Yeah, they drive me nuts! A few years back, I started cutting them all off before I mounted and balanced my tires. I call it the De-Nibbing process. Am I a little crazy for doing this? Probably. However, I demand perfection in everything I do, including tire nibs.
