Return Policy

A few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased online from our website:

  • We DO NOT cover the cost of return shipping or refund shipping fees for the original purchase.
  • We DO NOT accept unauthorized RMAs; we will discard packages that do not have an RMA Number.
  • We DO NOT accept returns on items marked "ClearanceDiscontinued, or Open Box."
  • We only accept products within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • We only accept returns for items that have never been used, are in their original packaging, and include all the original items. If an item is missing, we will not process the RMA, and it will be denied. If this is the case, the items will be shipped back to you at your own expense, and you will need to submit a new RMA. No Exceptions
  • Refunds and cancellations exceeding $3,000 are subject to a 3%  card transaction fee.
  • Upon receipt of the RMA, we will inspect the items and issue a refund through the original payment method upon RMA approval.
 

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges or trades. If you ordered the wrong part and need to get something else, send it back under the below directions. You can place a new order for the correct part whenever you're ready, before or after you receive your refund.

 

How do I set up a Return?

To set up a return, please email support@obsessedgarage.com to notify us that you want to process a return. You must provide the following:

1. Your order number
2. List of items you want to return
3. Pictures of each item you want to return

After you have contacted us and we review your return request, we will assign you an RMA Number. You have 30 days from the time we provide you the RMA number to ship the package back to us and provide us with the tracking number. 

 

Where do I send back returns?

Please ensure that your items are packaged securely, as we cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur during transport due to improper packaging

Please get in touch with our Support Team to issue an RMA before sending anything back to us, or we will refuse your return.

 

Dropship Items

If an item you want to return did not come from OGHQ but was drop shipped from one of our suppliers, you will need to email support@obsessedgarage.com, and we can get an RMA set up for you to return the product to the supplier.

 

Restocking Fees:

Below are items that have a restocking fee imposed by their manufacturers:

  • Home Audio - 15% restocking fee
  • VYPER - 10% restocking fee
  • Custom-Made COXREELS - 20% restocking fee + $5.00 repacking fee
  • Swisstrax - 25% restocking fee when issuing a return after 30 days
  • Custom-Made Stainless Shelves - 35% restocking fee
  • Cree Lighting - 30% restocking fee (depending on fixture)
  • Levrack - 10% restocking fee due to canceled orders, returns, or exchanges
  • DMF Lighting - 10% fee if the order has already been shipped from DMF
  • LEVRACK* - 10% restocking fee
  • Sonic Tools -  25% restocking fee and the cost of return shipping

 

Levrack Cancelation / Return Policy:

The customer is responsible for a 10% restocking fee and any shipping or freight charges incurred due to canceled orders, returns, or exchanges.

If a customer wishes to modify an order, they must notify Levrack within 10 business days of the scheduled shipment date. For customers who do not have payment terms established with Levrack, if the order is not paid within 10 business days of the scheduled ship date, Levrack reserves the right to cancel the order.

Levrack reserves the right to decline any customer-requested changes to shipment or pickup dates within 10 business days. Additionally, Levrack may charge a 2.5% holding fee per day for any shipment or pickup date change request made within the specified time windows.

The customer must report any damaged or missing products within 60 days of receipt. Within this timeframe, the customer may choose to have Levrack replace the damaged product at no cost or keep the component and receive a partial refund or credit (up to 30%) of the retail list price. 

After 60 days, if the customer wishes to replace the damaged product, Levrack has the right to charge the customer for shipping the returned item and the new product.
