Whether flying high above from the treetops via zipline to the leisure of floating peacefully downstream on the Chattahoochee River, Helen offers a little bit of everything for everyone!

4. Check your email for reservation confirmation and any additional information from us.
5. Before confirming your reservation, we will need to complete a vetting (Interview) process with Matt . This is to ensure the safety and security of all our guests.
6. Once approved, we look forward to welcoming you and your guests to our home.

Check-In is on Thursday at 12pm and Check-Out is on Wednesday at 12pm.
This is to ensure a smooth experience for your arrival before the weekend and Avoid traffic. It will also allow ample time to settle in and be fully prepared for the upcoming weekend, without the need to spend an entire Saturday or Sunday on travel and setup.
Moreover, arriving and leaving during less busy periods will contribute to a more hassle-free experience.
The cost will be $1500 plus taxes/per week, with a limit of 600 miles per week.
We will send you the Renter's Agreement, which you can fill out and sign electronically.
The form will request you to submit a photo of your Driver's License and Insurance Declaration Page and initiate a payment request. Once the paperwork and payment is finalized we will verify with your insurance company.
I understand that there are a few steps involved, but Matt is taking on most of the risk and prefers this process for his peace of mind.

SMOKING: This is a NON-SMOKING property. No smoking is allowed inside the property whatsoever.
PETS: Absolutely no pets shall be permitted on the Property. Tenant shall obey this and all of the Owner’s other rules for the safety and cleanliness of the Property and for the comfort and convenience of other occupants. In the event that a pet is discovered in violation of this Agreement, then the Tenant shall be removed from the property.
RENTAL RULES: Tenant shall abide by the Innsbruck Properties Owners Association Rental Policies and Procedures, attached as Exhibit “A” and incorporated by reference herein, at all times while at the Property and shall cause all members of the rental party and anyone else Tenant permits on the Property to abide by the following rules at all times while at the property.
DAMAGE: Tenant shall be solely and fully liable to Owner for all damages and losses caused to the Property or its contents during Tenant’s occupancy and the term of this Agreement, except for normal wear and tear consistent with residential use. Tenant shall defend, indemnify, and hold Owner harmless from and against all such damages and losses and shall make payment in full to Owner on account thereof upon five (5) days written notice by Owner.
Your reservation is 100% refundable until 2 weeks before your reservation date:
• 1 week from your reservation, you are eligible to receive a 75%
• Less than 7 days before you are eligible to receive a 50% refund
Selling Or Transferring Weeks:
We will allow the sale/transfer of your reservation to another person. Before they can be approved, they will need to be approved by the Destination staff.
