I think I've finally found the cabinets I've been searching for my whole life; Rousseau is everything I've ever wanted in garage storage and more. They are in a league of their own in almost every department, especially when you consider how many options you have. I've done a few orders with them personally, and I can tell you their tolerances are unmatched; everything's flush and fits perfectly. There are no runs or nibs in the powder coating, no scratches, just pure perfection!

Panel supports are an important part of installing upper cabinets or even just back panels. You use panel supports to bridge the gap between Tech Uprights and provide them some stability. Rousseau made a very good guide on installing these, and you can download it here.

The lower Panel Supports are used to attach the finishing panels below the upper cabinets. You don't need these for 19" Tech Uprights, though. You'll need them on all 40" Tech uprights regardless if you are installing uppers or not.
