Each shelf is rated for 50 lbs of evenly distributed weight when properly mounted to 2x4 wood studs using the recommended fasteners.

Do not exceed the rated shelf load. Improper installation, unsuitable wall construction, or unsupported fastener placement can reduce the safe working load.

Installation Overview

Installation requires accurate measuring, locating structural supports, leveling the mounting bracket, drilling, and securing the shelf body to the hidden bracket.

General installation steps:

1. Determine your wall construction and correct fastener type.
2. Locate studs or structural supports.
3. Mark and install the mounting bracket level.
4. Adjust bracket arm alignment if needed.
5. Install the locating spacers.
6. Slide the shelf body onto the bracket.
7. Secure the shelf body with the included socket set screws.

The estimated install time is 0.5 to 1 hour per shelf.

Fasteners are selected based on your wall construction and are not universal. Refer to the installation manual before mounting.

Installation Notes

At least one fastener should be secured to the wall's structural support. If structural support is unavailable at the desired location, appropriate anchors must be used, and the maximum shelf load may be reduced.

The shelf system is manufactured to strict tolerances, so wall condition matters. If the wall is not straight, level, or plumb, the final shelf position may be affected.

Do not over-tighten the socket set screws. Over-tightening can distort the shelf body and is not covered under warranty.
