AR Blue Clean AR635 Pressure Washer

AR Blue Clean AR635 builds directly on what made the 630 so good, but with a meaningful jump in performance. If you liked the 630 but wanted more flow and a little more pressure, this is that machine.

In testing, the 635 delivers a real step up with a working output of around 1000 PSI at 3.0 GPM using our accessories. That additional flow is noticeable, especially for rinsing and foam cannon performance, and it puts this unit firmly above most residential and mid-tier electric pressure washers. While I still generally prefer Kranzle, the 635 punches well above its price point.

Like the updated 630, the 635 uses a switchable TSS system. You can toggle the Total Stop System on or off depending on your use case. For pro-sumers and detailing work, TSS on is the move, allowing the machine to shut off when you release the trigger. For certain industrial or continuous-run scenarios, you have the option to disable it.

This unit runs on 120V, but do not underestimate it. It pulls a full 20 amps and comes with a proper 35-foot, 12 AWG GFCI cord with a 20-amp plug. You must have a dedicated 20-amp circuit for this to work correctly.

With a max pressure rating of 1250 PSI and max flow of 3.2 GPM, the 635 has plenty of overhead while staying in a safe, usable range for detailing. It also supports a higher inlet pressure than most electrics, up to 145 PSI. We still recommend pairing it with a 1.25mm orifice in your foam cannon and a 5.0 nozzle size for best overall performance.

Bottom line, the AR Blue 635 takes everything the 630 did well and adds more output without sacrificing serviceability or reliability. If you want one of the highest-performing 120V electric pressure washers available and you have the proper power to support it, this is a very strong option.
