Neutralising Fluid
CGT-N5 is a powerful neutralizing fluid from Cougartron designed specifically for stainless steel surfaces. Youll want to use this with the Cougartron PowerOne Weld-Cleaner. This ready-to-use formula effectively removes acid residue from steel surfaces, preventing white marks after weld cleaning, electropolishing, or marking processes.
- Strong, ready-to-use formula: Designed for all stainless steel surfaces.
- Effective residue removal: Prevents the reappearance of white marks after treatment.
- Water-based formula: Free from solvents and phosphorus, making it safe for use.
Usage Instructions (During Weld Cleaning Process):
- Dip the weld cleaning brush into the weld cleaning fluid.
- Clean the weld with a circular motion until the desired result is achieved.
- Wipe away any excess fluid residue from the treated surface.
- Apply neutralizing fluid CGT-N5 to the cleaned area.
- Wipe away with a clean cloth.
Important:
- Never spray the neutralizing fluid on a surface that still has weld-cleaning fluid residue to avoid white stains.
- Always use a clean cloth to wipe away the neutralizing fluid.
