The house has 4 AC units with the temperature set at 72-73 degrees. The Carrier Infinity system cools the house quickly. Main and zone controllers are available for easy adjustments throughout the house.
Light Switch Functions
The Helen house has many light switches with various functions. Learn how Lutron switches work and their different functions. Some switches are not on the RA2 Lutron system, like the pantry.
Master Bedroom Overview
The Master wing has two AC zones. Outlets on the right side controlled by lamp switch, others not. Bedroom fan currently not functioning. New BigAss Fan needed before visits.
Master Bathroom Functions and Overview
The Master bathroom has switches for lights, fans, and sauna, two vanities, toilets, jet tub, and a walk-in steam shower. Open shower door to release steam. Sauna has heated floors for winter comfort.
Spare Bed & Bath Functions and Overview
Four separate baths in the house, fully stocked with linens, soap, and shampoo. Basic and easy to use, accommodating guests.

Helen's impressive closet organization system includes custom solutions for all closets in the house, ensuring ample storage space.
Extra Linens For Bed and Bath
Extra linens available upon request. Laundry facilities in house for your convenience. Each bed has two sets of sheets. Linens cleaned before arrival. Additional linens in master wing closet.

The kitchen is well-equipped with high-quality appliances and flatware from Lenox. A video tour is available to understand the functionality of each appliance.
Laundry Room and Cleaning Supplies
Overview of laundry room and cleaning supplies. Instructions for washing microfiber towels with Rags to Riches. Access to cleaning supplies and vacuum cleaner provided.
Living Room Entertainment System
The living room entertainment system includes an LG OLED display, a 7-channel surround with DynAudio speakers, and access to various streaming services. Do not log out of the streaming services.
