I think we have the best air hose on Earth, so it only makes sense that we also carry the best couplers on Earth. That's how I arrived at this kit. With one click, you can get a truly high-end and long-lasting solution.
This is your classic case of Buy once, Cry once; you can get a 50’ hose from a big box store for $25. But your user experience will be awful, and they won't last. The OG hose is made by Continental (The ones who make the tires), so you know it's built to last. It's also super flexible with a smooth, non-marking jacket. The Prevost couplers are phenomenal; I highly recommend watching this video to learn more.
You have some options when purchasing this kit, the first one being the tier. Basic/Advanced will come with a standard Prevost coupler, and the Ultimate comes with the 360 swiveling coupler. It's difficult to convey how smooth and nice the 360 swivel is in the picture, but trust me if you can swing it, it's worth it!
The second option is the plug style. Most people use industrial in the US, but I prefer the Euro High Flow fittings. They offer more flow to your tools. If you already have air tools, get the style that matches what you already have. If you are building out a new set, you want Euro High Flow.
Lastly, you have the option of adding a coupler for your compressor. Unfortunately, like many things, there is a standard size for all compressors so that you can get a ⅜” or ¼” male coupler. You’ll want to consult your compressor's manual for the size of the outlet.
