Below is a list of common problems people may have with our membership program. Try looking in here before contacting support, chances are you'll fix your problem or find the answer to your question. If you cannot find your answer in here please contact us via our Support page.
When registering for a new Obsessed Garage membership, the email address associated with your account on obsessedgarage.com must be the same email used to sign up for the membership. If two separate email addresses are used, you will be unable to access member perks. To fix this, simply create a new account with the same email address you signed up for membership with. If you don't have an account please make one here. If you don't know what email you used to sign up with contact us through our support page.
If your discounts are not applying please delete your current cart and clear your cookies for www.obsessedgarage.com. After they're cleared log back into your account you bought Hex Plus with build your cart again and checkout your new cart. For your membership discounts to apply you need to be logged into you account, please read our "Registration Email" section above in the FAQ. If you're still not having discounts applied please contact us though our support page.
All current members of the Hex Plus plan will receive an automatic 10% off on every product when logged into your Obsessed Garage account (with the exception of Saber). If your discount is not automatically applied you can also type "HexPlus" in the discount areas (Only Hex Plus accounts can apply this discount) If you see an item not being discounted please contact us through our support page.
Free shipping is included with your Hex Plus membership. As of now Free Shipping is only offered to the Continental US (Lower 48). Free shipping does not apply to items that require quoted freight shipping (Cabinets, Sonic Tool Orders, Lifts, Air Compressors, Stainless Shelving..). If you have a question about items that qualify for shipping please contact support us through our support page.
Members of both Hex Lite & Hex Plus will have access to our Members Content blog, along with the comments section associated with it. This blog will include exclusive videos, podcasts specifically for members.
To cancel your membership follow these steps:
1. Log In
2. Go to "MY ACCOUNT"
3. Click "Manage Memberships"
4. Select Cancel Membership
5. Confirm Cancellation

The Obsessed Garage Hex Lite Membership is billed yearly at $60/yr. The Hex Plus Membership is billed yearly at $240/yr. Cancellation will not result in a prorated refund, but it will stop you from being billed on your next cycle. All billing is through PayPal or Stripe.
Due to the limitations of our membership application we cannot perform these account changes easily. If you with to upgrade of downgrade your account please cancel it & pay for the new membership. You cannot buy multiple years, this is a recurring payment program & will not allocate additional years to your account if you paid for more years (If you try and buy 3 years you'll be billed for 3 years every year. This is like if you signed up for 3 Amazon Prime memberships, they'll bill you $120 3 times that year). Since you cannot buy additional years that also means you cannot re-up your membership early or you'll be billed twice for that year. You'll be billed once from the initial sign-up & again for your second sign-up that you thought would re-up your account early.
