Pressol ProSeries Double Action Sprayer
Disclaimer
We are currently investigating an issue with the ProSeries bottle discoloring when using high-pH chemicals, like P&S Brake Buster, Shine Supply Wise Guy, and Angelwax Vision. It is recommended that you avoid using this spray bottle with similar high-ph chemicals to avoid discoloring the bottle. Note this is only a cosmetic issue, so if the appearance of the bottle isn’t a concern to you, the sprayer can continue to be used as normal.
We are also investigating a separate issue with the flexible suction tube when used with adhesive removers, like CARPRO TarX or Koch Chemie Eulex. It is recommended that those chemicals not be used with the sprayer at this time.
We are actively working with Pressol on finding the root cause and determining the corrective action.

DOUBLE THE WORK
The Pressol ProSeries Sprayer features a double-action mechanism, delivering two sprays with every pull of the trigger. This design reduces hand fatigue, making extended use more comfortable. The highly responsive trigger provides precise control, delivering up to 1.4ml of liquid with a full pull or allowing for partial pulls when a more measured application is needed.

UNBREAKABLE TIP
The Pressol ProSeries sprayer head features a stainless steel tip that delivers unparalleled chemical and environmental resistance. Machined in Germany from a solid piece of stainless steel, this virtually unbreakable tip is purposely overbuilt to outlast previous designs, making it arguably the most durable (and likely the most expensive) sprayer tip on the market. With a knurled grip for precise adjustment, dialing in the spray pattern has never been easier.

OUTSTANDING CHEMICAL RESISTANCE
The Pressol ProSeries incorporates advanced materials for the spray piston and piston seal. The seals have been chemically modified in a reactor to achieve maximum chemical resistance, ensuring that every component within the spray head performs reliably—even under the most demanding conditions. This sprayer can withstand almost any detailing chemical on the market, from P&S Brake Buster to CARPRO TarX.

SUPERIOR BOTTLE
The bottle has been enhanced through a fluorination process that bonds fluorine atoms to the plastic’s surface, altering the composition of the plastic itself. Fluorination improves the chemical resistance and barrier properties of the bottle, mitigating the permeation of liquids and vapors. If a bottle allows permeation, paneling (bottle deforming due to vacuum) will occur. The ProSeries bottle will not panel and can store almost any detailing chemical.

STRESS TESTED
The ProSeries sprayer has undergone rigorous, in-depth chemical durability testing in collaboration with Matthias from the engineering department at Pressol. The comprehensive data sheet displayed here details the exceptional performance of the sprayer head with various chemicals across multiple industries, serving as a testament to the reliability and excellence of the new design.

AWESOME ATOMIZATION
Pressol engineered the ProSeries sprayer and stainless steel tip for optimal liquid delivery with every pull of the trigger. Utilizing advanced laser-measuring technology, they precisely calibrated the spray tip to achieve exceptional atomization. During development, laser analysis validated that each spray was as consistent and efficient as possible—demonstrating Pressol’s unwavering commitment to precision and performance.

SPRAY FROM ANY ANGLE
Further improvements include a new suction hose made from silicone instead of traditional plastic. This change offers increased flexibility, allowing the sprayer to pick up liquid no matter its orientation. The flexible tube also provides a high degree of chemical resistance and durability. The hose is now secured with stainless steel clamps, ensuring it remains firmly attached to the sprayer head and weighted base even during intensive use. Say goodbye to suction tubes getting stuck at the bottom of the bottle!

FUNCTION & FORM
Matching label sets feature a variety of stylish Pressol labels that adhere even more effectively to the bottle, thanks to the fluorination process. The labels elevate the visual appeal of the bottle and ensure that they remain vibrant and intact over time. Shop the blue Pressol labels here and black Pressol labels here.
